Basic Terms of Service:

• In-home hourly rate starting at $20 per hour.
• No charge for travel within the Creston town area
• $1 per km (one way only) charge for out-of-town calls
• No charge for advice or recommendations (out-of-town travel charge still applies)
• Hours: available from Sunday morning to Friday morning

Service Charges:

Hardware (these are labor charges only)

• Setting up a new computer (ie. applying your personal settings and programs to a new Dell, HP, etc) - $35
• Transferring your old computer's data to a new computer - $40
• Upgrade internal memory (RAM) - $20
• Upgrade CPU - $30
• Install new PCI/AGP add-on Card - $20
• Install new external hardware (scanner, monitor, printer, etc.) - $20

Software

• Upgrade Windows - $50
• Virus removal - $10 to $30 (depending on difficulty)
• Setup Internet and Email - $20

Tutoring

• $20 per hour

Typing and Layout Work

• $20 per hour
