This is a programmer's utility for viewing a directory of small bitmap files. It is useful when browsing for a special bitmap for speed buttons in an application.

It was originally designed as a freeware Delphi Property Editor by Robert Vivrette, but I turned it into a stand-alone application. The source code is included as well as the original property editor code.
